When you set up your mailboxes you can choose whether to:
1) send all mail to another mailbox - e.g. all sales to susan;
2) leave mail on the server for you to retrieve using your email program;
3) have it automatically forwarded to your existing e-mail address provided by your ISP.
- not recommended in most instances.
Simply go into Site Administration, usually www.yoursite.com.au/cpanel to make the change. While there you can set up your autoresponder and email aliases too!
